Surrounded by tropical gardens, the seaside Pestana Grand Ocean Resort Hotel features the largest salt water pool on the Madeira Island. The hotel offers fine dining and access to the Funchal coastline promenade.

The resort is set on the rock of Ponta da Cruz, with views of the high sea cliffs of Cabo Girão. Its bright interiors have large windows, designed to let in plenty of natural light.
